We pack every kit by hand and check it before it leaves our workshop in Poland. Here is how shipping, returns and missing pieces work.
Shipping
Processing time. Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Polish public holidays). Around Black Friday and Christmas it can take a little longer; we will let you know.
Where we ship. We ship to Poland and all European Union countries.
- Poland: [1–3] business days, from [XX] €. Parcel lockers and courier delivery.
- European Union: [3–7] business days, from [XX] €, calculated at checkout.
Free shipping + 20% off. Buy 2 or more models and shipping is free to every destination we ship to, plus 20% off your order. Both discounts apply automatically, no code needed; the cart shows how close you are. For a single model, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Tracking. As soon as your parcel ships you receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check the status on our Track your order page.
Carriers. We ship with [InPost / DPD / DHL].
Taxes and duties. All prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT. We currently ship only within the EU, so there are no import duties.
Wrong address. Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete, we will contact you to send it again at your cost.
Returns
30-day returns on unopened kits. You can return any kit that is unopened and in its original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery. This is longer than the 14-day period required by law.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers). You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Tell us clearly, for example by email to [EMAIL], and send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. Opened kits can be returned under this right if they are complete; we may reduce the refund if bricks are missing or the product was used beyond what was needed to inspect it.
How to start a return
- Email [EMAIL] with your order number and the kit you want to return.
- We reply within 1 business day with the return address.
- Pack the kit securely and send it with a tracked service. Keep your proof of postage.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, except for faulty or wrongly sent items.
Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the goods (or proof of return), to your original payment method. We refund the item price and the original standard delivery cost.
Missing or damaged pieces
Every kit is weighed before packing, but if a piece is missing or broken, we send replacements free of charge. Email us your order number, the kit name and the step number. There is no need to return the kit.
If the box arrives visibly damaged, send a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace the kit or refund you in full. Your statutory warranty rights (2 years in the EU) are not affected.
Product safety
- Age 14+. Our kits are display models for teens and adults. They are not toys for young children.
- Warning: small parts. Choking hazard. Not suitable for children under 3 years.
- Keep bags and small bricks away from young children and pets.
- All kits are static display models made of plastic bricks. They are not functional and cannot fire or launch anything.
